How does non-directional easy-tear laminate open so easily?
The easy-tear function comes from the PET and PE materials themselves. The PET / AL / PE three-layer structure remains intact, without holes, perforation or pre-cut damage.
What is the minimum order for digitally printed easy-tear rollstock?
Digital printing starts from 7 rolls. Common widths are 60, 70 and 80 mm, with a typical length of 500 m per roll, and there is no plate fee.
Should I choose digital or gravure printing?
Digital printing suits product launches, market tests and multiple artworks because it requires no plates. When demand becomes stable and approaches roughly 100 rolls, gravure can be assessed to reduce the cost per roll.
Does easier tearing reduce sealing or barrier performance?
The easy-tear behavior comes from the PET and PE materials, without pre-cut lines or perforations. Finished-pack sealing and barrier performance still depend on the material specification, sealing conditions and pack design. Verify seal strength, leaks and barrier performance against your product requirements before production.
