What is the minimum order for digital color PTP foil?
Orders can start from 1 roll. Common widths are 110 and 113 mm, with a typical length of 500 m per roll, making the process suitable for launches, trials and multiple artworks.
Can digital color PTP print white ink?
The current digital PTP process does not use white ink. White artwork areas reveal the foil's natural silver, which can be planned as part of the visual design.
What is the lead time for digital color PTP?
After artwork, material and scheduling are confirmed, collection can be as fast as 5 working days. Final lead time depends on artwork, specification, quantity and the current production schedule.
Can digital color PTP foil be used with my existing blister film?
Check that the foil's heat-seal coating is compatible with your forming film, then confirm width, machine temperature, pressure and speed. Printing method alone does not guarantee a reliable seal. Run a trial with your existing film and check seal strength and leakage before switching foil.
